July 2010 'Editor in the Chief'

Jeep Action Magazine Editor Michael Bowen  It’s a busy year on the Jeep calendar for 2010.
Camp Coffs held over the Easter weekend has come and gone, the Melbourne Jeep Owners Club (MJOC) hosted their Muster over the Anzac Day weekend and for the June long weekend there was Classic not Plastic.

Mopar Sunday is on July 25th and the organizers are hoping to attract more Jeep vehicles to this year’s event. See page 11 for more details.

On August 8th the Sunshine Coast Jeep Club (SCJC) are hosting their Jeep Appreciation Day. This includes a swap meet, trade alley and show’n’shine. More details on page 48.

Then the big one, the 2010 National Jeep Jamboree. Held every two years this is a must do for Jeep enthusiasts. From September 30th to 3rd October Jeepers will flock to Lardner Park, a one hour drive east of Melbourne. Four wheel driving, socializing and all things Jeep will be the focus of the Jamboree.
